Happy, healthy and loving life! A Registered Massage Therapist and Personal Trainer, I like to think I offer the opportunity for others to reveal their own healing abilities rather than call myself a healer. Borned and raised in Eastern Canada I love the ocean, playing on the beach and getting to know Mother Nature.

Everything happens for a reason.  I suppose I didn't really understand the power behind this concept until I experienced it myself.  Every event does have its purpose, and every setback its lesson.   Are there really wrong turns?  If you had asked me a few years ago, I would have said sure.  But I truly believe that if you have truth in your soul, you will be on the path you were meant to travel, whether you realize it or not.  No mistakes, just bumps in the road.

Now, I work hard, but take time for myself.  I respect my body by eating well, without depriving myself of the treats I love.  I am passionate about exercise and love my career.  I find balance in wellness, in helping others, and being surrounded by amazing people.
